Utah Concealed Carry Course Terms

The Utah Concealed Carry Course is a non-resident course that allows you to obtain a Utah concealed carry license, which allows you to carry in 32+ states

•You must be a LEGAL United States Citizen or Permanent Resident in order to attend this course.

•Past convictions may or may not prohibit you from obtaining your pistol permit.

•You do NOT need a New York Pistol Permit to attend this course, to apply for, or to be issued a pistol permit in Utah.

•Reciprocity between states change frequently. Students are responsible for confirming reciprocity between states, and the laws within those states before traveling to said states.

•This is NOT a live-fire course! DO NOT BRING ANY GUNS OR AMMO TO THIS COURSE !

•This course includes fingerprints, course curriculum book, and a large pre labeled envelope to mail application.

•Classroom time: 4 hrs

$250 Members / $275 Non- Members (includes $25 discount off future Membership fee)

By signing this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules, regulations, and policies of the Glen Cove PBA Pistol and Rifle Association. I understand that the primary purpose of my attendance at this event is to allow for convenient access to the facility primarily for firearms instruction and training. I also give the Glen Cove PBA Pistol and Rifle Association permission to collect information regarding the validity of my United States citizenship, criminal record, and pistol permit information. I have also answered all questions truthfully and to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that any false statements made herein will result in immediate termination of my membership and I may be reported to the appropriate governmental authorities for investigation and/or possible prosecution for wrongdoing under applicable law.
